Our policy says that in the event of a cancellation by the participant, a full refund will be issued as long as we are notified at least 10 days before the course date. Up to 96 hours before to the course date, a 50% refund will be given, while cancellations made with fewer than 48 hours to go are not eligible for a refund. A “no show” on the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date, should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.
Debbie Mishael reserves the right to cancel a course if number of delegates have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. The firm also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that does not provide for a safe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, Debbie Mishael will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.

We reserve the right to modify and update the courses without offering a refund or an exchange. If Debbie Mishael decides to end a course for any reason, participants will be notified via email, and they will receive a full refund unless we discover an equal on-demand course that meets their needs.

Failure To Complete Course Requirements
